Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building, designing, testing and maintaining production-grade, large-scale distributed systems.
• Expert-level mastery of foundational data technologies: Kafka, Flink, Spark, Trino and others.
• Proven expertise managing, scaling, and troubleshooting complex stateful and stateless multi-cluster data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end architectural vision for Roblox's core data platforms.
• Partner with teams to align technical roadmaps with business-critical metrics.
• Deep-dive into distributed engine internals to optimize performance.
