Citi is seeking a Data Engineering Manager (Data Analytics Senior Manager) in Irving, TX to lead scalable data solutions for regulatory reporting and analytics. You will mentor a team, shape engineering standards, and bridge complex tech concepts with business outcomes.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days weekly, offering strong leadership visibility and a path for advancing data capabilities across the bank.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering data-intensive solutions in agile environments.
• Strong SQL and Python for data engineering delivery.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and data models.
• Hands-on with ETL, data warehousing, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and analytical models.
• Architect data lake solutions and batch/streaming pipelines.
• Identify data risks and resolve before downstream impact.
• Champion standards, docs, and best practices across the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
