Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering data-intensive solutions in agile environments.
• Hands-on Spark ETL pipelines; experience with Hadoop, Hive, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and Python for data engineering delivery; CI/CD familiarity.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management practices.
• Excellent communication for bridging technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and analytical data models.
• Architect data lake solutions and batch/ streaming pipelines.
• Identify and resolve data supply chain risks before impact.
• Champion engineering standards and documentation.
• Translate tech concepts for business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and lead capability-building.
• Lead technical discussions and support hiring decisions.
