Medical Mutual seeks a Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team of data engineers and business systems analysts in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on standardizing and delivering enterprise data, building scalable data warehouses, and enabling data-driven decision making across Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, and broker operations.

The manager will guide architecture, data quality, and AI initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software development or related field or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers and data modelers to design and deliver data warehouse models.
• Develop AI agents built on top of the data warehouse to help leaders and users gain insights.
• Ensure data quality measures are visible and data quality remains high.
• Mentor and coordinate with team members to maximize effectiveness and delivery.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and IT security to meet regulatory requirements.
