This is role based out of the Brooklyn, OH office, with the Manager expected to work onsite 4 days each week (Mon - Thurs in office; Fri remote).

The Manager, Data Engineering will lead a team of Data Engineers and Business Systems Analysts responsible for standardizing, managing, and delivering enterprise data that supports Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, broker operations, and other key business functions. This hands-on leadership role oversees data intake, data delivery, stakeholder partnerships, data quality, modernization initiatives, and emerging AI capabilities while ensuring critical business and regulatory data needs are met.
Job Summary:
Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a corporate-wide program that helps Medical Mutual of Ohio speed the development of insight from high quality, timely, and well-structured and governed data sources. Responsible for creating and designing innovative architectural solutions to scale our ability to learn from and use data to achieve business outcomes.
