Medical Mutual in Brooklyn, OH seeks a Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team of data engineers and analysts. You will design scalable data warehouse architectures, deliver robust data pipelines, and enable insight generation across Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, and broker operations.

Collaborating with Compliance and IT security, you will mentor staff, drive modernization, and ensure data quality and regulatory alignment while advancing AI capabilities across the data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Software development or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• This is an entry level management position; prior management experience is not required.
• Knowledge of database systems and warehousing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers and data modelers to design and deliver data warehouse models.
• Create a robust, multi-layer data warehouse for data scientists and business analysts.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and IT security to meet regulatory requirements.
• Mentor team members and translate functional requests into robust data models.
