Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Analytics Lead to join Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) in Houston, TX. The role focuses on delivering complex data projects across semiconductor, data center, and life sciences sectors, leveraging Power BI and advanced analytics to drive decision making.

You will collaborate with the PIIM team to develop automated reporting, scalable data solutions, and insightful dashboards while ensuring data governance and security.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL proficiency and ability to work with large datasets across databases.
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
• Proficient in building dashboards and visualizations with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Oversee analytics projects, set priorities, and manage timelines.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, security, and compliance with Bechtel standards.
• Create gateways, data flows, and connections to servers using Power BI and related tools.
• Prepare data tooling for customer demonstrations and ad-hoc analytics.
