Bustle Digital Group (BDG) is seeking a Director of Data Engineering in New York to lead and grow a high-performing data team. You will design scalable data systems, drive real-time insights, and align data initiatives with BDG's revenue and editorial goals.

You will mentor engineers, promote a culture of ownership, and collaborate with advertising, affiliate sales, and editorial teams to deliver data-driven products and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban.
• Experience developing data solutions for ad products, affiliate sales, or editorial platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
