Job summary

WisEngineering is seeking a Data Engineer with strong analytics and dashboard development experience to support defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal. You will design, build, deploy, and maintain data pipelines, models, and interactive dashboards that track prototype performance, M&S outputs, and test metrics.

You will leverage Army Vantage (Palantir Foundry) and Python workflows to empower Government stakeholders with timely, data-driven decisions while collaborating with government engineers

Qualifications

3–7+ years in data engineering, BI, or data integration.
Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark) and SQL skills.
Experience with Army Vantage (Palantir Foundry) or similar platforms.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines across defense data sources.
Develop dashboards and analytics in Army Vantage, Power BI, Tableau.
Collaborate with Government teams to define requirements and KPIs.
Deliver training for dashboard usage and maintenance.
