Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years' experience programming in Python.
• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 2+ years' experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Develop and optimize data workflows for accuracy and availability.
• Oversee a team of data engineers and set coding standards.
• Structure data for analysis and develop data models for reproducible reporting.
• Ensure data governance and security per company policies.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and analytics teams to support strategic decisions.
