Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Data Engineer for People Analytics to design and maintain data pipelines and data models in cloud platforms. You will work with Workday HR data, payroll, and talent systems to deliver reliable analytics support for HR and business units.

You will guide a team of engineers, implement robust data workflows with Python and SQL, and ensure governance and security of sensitive HR data across the enterprise. A strong background in data warehousing and BI tooling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS, data engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in data engineering or similar.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes for HR data.
• Develop and optimize data workflows for accuracy and availability.
• Mentor data engineers and promote best practices in coding and version control.
• Collaborate with HR and analytics teams to enable reproducible analytics.
• Ensure data governance and security per policy and regulations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
