CVS Health is seeking a Data Engineer for People Analytics to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and models across HR systems. You will lead data workflow projects, ensure data accuracy, and enable reproducible analytics in Python, R, and related tools.

You will collaborate with HR leaders and IT to address business needs, govern data, and maintain security while leveraging cloud data platforms to support workforce insights.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools.
• 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years' experience programming in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms, prefer GCP (may consider Azure or AWS).
• 2+ years' experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.

Responsabilidades

• Data Pipeline Management: Design, build, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes that integrate HR data from various systems.
• Data Engineering and Transformation: Develop and optimize data workflows for accuracy, quality, and availability for People Analytics.
• Technical Leadership: Oversee a team of data engineers, provide mentorship and guidance on best practices in data engineering, version control, and coding standards.
• Analytics & Reporting Support: Structure data for analysis, develop data models, and create reproducible workflows for reporting in R, Python, and other analytics tools.
• Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data governance and security protocols are followed per company policies and regulations, focusing on HR data confidentiality.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with HR leaders, IT, and People Analytics teams to understand requirements and provide insights.
