Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related technical role in a production environment.
• Experience working with data supporting television, film, streaming, advertising-supported video (AVOD), FAST channels, content distribution, audience analytics, or media strategy.
• Familiarity with industry data sources like IMDb, Gracenote, Nielsen, etc. is desirable.
• Advanced SQL and Python; dbt transformation pipelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Engineering: translate business requests into data models, metrics, and semantic layers using dbt and SQL.
• Data Engineering: support ingestion of new sources into the Snowflake data platform with IT and cloud ops teams.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: partner with product managers, analysts, data scientists, BI teams, and stakeholders to deliver ready-to-use datasets for reporting and analytics.
