Andreessen Horowitz is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution across the Global Partnerships team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role will manage roadshows and LP engagements, coordinate GP/LP availability, and lead projects that span the team.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, handles highly sensitive information, and thrives in a fast-moving environment with ownership over outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in operations, program management, or supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex multi-city travel and high-stakes events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to interface with LPs and executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage roadshows and LP events from planning through execution, including schedules and logistics.
• Coordinate GP and LP availability across stakeholders and time zones.
• Maintain LP engagement calendar and CRM; track meetings and follow-ups.
