Salary range USD 269,000 - 314,000 per year. This position blends hands-on engineering with cross-functional leadership, AI tool adoption, and data visualization to support fund and investment performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering.
• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively in written form.
• Experience building and maintaining data workflows, automations, or integrations using Python or Javascript.
• Experience owning or administering complex data pipelines with emphasis on data completeness and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance critical data infrastructure, systems, and automation for Global Partnerships.
• Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure and reliable pipelines.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools and agentic workflows to remove manual work and drive adoption.
