Job summary

Amazon Music Finance DISCO Finance is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and own the data infrastructure and pipelines on AWS, partnering with data scientists, Finance managers, and cross‑functional teams to scale data capabilities for analytics.

You will implement modern data warehousing, ETL/ELT, dashboards, and AI/ML tooling with SageMaker, maintain data quality and security, and deliver self‑serve data models and reports for Finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to architect a modern data analytics platform on AWS using CDK.
• Build resilient, scalable data pipelines with SQL, PySpark, and Airflow to ingest, process, and transform large data volumes.
• Design and implement a scalable data warehousing solution on AWS for structured and unstructured data.
• Create a single source of truth data model to unify metrics and minimize patched logic across jobs.
• Automate ETL/ELT processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Own the BI layer end to end: data models, metrics, dashboards, and reports for Finance managers.
