Job summary

Amazon Music is seeking a Data Engineer to join the DISCO Finance team, building scalable data infrastructure and pipelines on AWS, and partnering with data scientists, BI engineers, and finance to power analytics and machine learning across the Music product.

You will design and own data platforms, implement ETL/ELT, and deliver data models and reports for insights from Culver City, CA, onsite. Requires 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional teams to architect a scalable data analytics platform on AWS.
• Ingest, process, and transform large data volumes with SQL/PySpark/Airflow.
• Design and optimize data warehousing solutions on AWS for structured and unstructured data.
• Automate ETL/ELT processes and deliver actionable BI insights.
• Support advanced analytics, ML, and generative AI capabilities on the platform.
• Ensure data security and compliance across data pipelines and storage.
