What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern ELT practices
- Develop and optimize dbt models that support analytics and business reporting
- Integrate data from multiple business systems into a centralized cloud data warehouse
- Improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization
- Partner closely with analytics and business teams to deliver trusted datasets
- Support the implementation of a new Snowflake environment and modern data platform
- Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices as the platform grows

What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
- Hands‑on Python experience for data processing and automation
- Experience building and maintaining dbt models
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation best practices
- Strong problem‑solving skills and desire to learn in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Nice to Have
- Snowflake experience
- Fivetran experience
- Experience supporting BI or analytics teams
- Exposure to data governance or data quality initiatives
- Experience working in a cloud data environment

Up to $165,000 Base Salary

A Data Engineer with around 3 years of experience who is confident with SQL, Python, and dbt, eager to grow in a modern cloud environment, and excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up rather than maintain legacy systems.
