We are currently working 4 days per week onsite with 1 day WFH.

Please note, we are not able to work on C2C basis for this opportunity.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of Data Engineering experience and significant experience delivering enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, composite models, and enterprise reporting.
  • Strong experience developing and optimizing solutions within Google BigQuery.
  • Deep understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline architecture.
  • Experience designing and maintaining star and snowflake schemas for scalable reporting solutions.
  • Ability to optimize report and query performance using aggregation strategies, incremental refresh, query folding, partitioning, and performance analysis tools.
  • Experience administering Power BI Service, including workspace management, security, gateways, deployment pipelines, publishing, and refresh management.
  • Knowledge of data governance, access controls, row-level security, object-level security, and reporting compliance practices.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, document reporting logic, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to lead user acceptance testing, data reconciliation, documentation, and end-user training efforts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Dataflow, Cloud Composer, or Airflow.
  • Python programming experience for data engineering, automation, or analytics initiatives.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control processes for BI and analytics assets.
  • Background in business analysis or requirements management.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data governance and self-service analytics programs.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Relevant Microsoft, Google Cloud, or Data Engineering certifications are preferred.
