Job summary

Knoll is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Fab Building in East Greenville, PA. The role focuses on data capture, process mapping, and continuous improvement to support multiple sites and customers.

You will develop tools and presentations for KPI tracking, monitor shipping/receiving flow, and provide administrative support to the warehouse leadership. A 2‑4 year experience range is preferred with an Associate degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in supply chain, logistics, quality systems or business management is required.
• 4–6 years experience supporting fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse operations.
• Understanding of inventory controls, KPIs, FIFO and safety in a warehouse.
• Experience with shipment tracking tools or logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers/sites to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintains KPI and metrics reports for department.
• Supports Logistics and Carriers to ensure seamless shipping/receiving.
• Performs administrative duties for warehouse leadership and process leads.
