Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate certificate (preferred) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in a bookkeeping software program (TRAMS Back Office experience a plus; training offered).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Drive apps (Sheets and Docs).
• Advanced English proficiency with strong grammar and punctuation.
• Experience with Amadeus GDS or similar travel reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable using TRAMS Back Office software.
• Prepare and categorize financial reports generated by TRAMS Back Office.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Participate in creating financial reports and budgets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Communicate financial information to stakeholders.
