Qualifications

• Master Degrees are preferred (Transportation Focus) and Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS, Trans CAD, Cube, SAS, Python, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of discrete choice modeling, econometrics, or data mining is valuable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data-structure familiarity.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication; collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Combine multiple datasets to perform ad-hoc trend analyses.
• Analyze traffic and socioeconomic data for concession areas.
• Develop forecast models for business development opportunities.
• Define and analyze traffic data collection programs (counts, surveys, travel time).
• Prepare memos on trends and indicators related to regions of interest.
• Evaluate feasibility of additional data collection and market study.
