Job summary

Sound Transit is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead medium- to large-scale data, analytics, and BI projects under the ORCA BI program. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and vendors, ensuring governance and clear reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of PM experience, with PMP preferred, in a hybrid in-office setting at Sound Transit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field and 5+ years of PM experience.
• Experience managing medium- to large-scale technology projects.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver medium to large-scale data, analytics projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Governance, decisions, escalation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain status reporting on scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, vendors, and technical teams.
