Job summary

CentralReach, a leading ABA and special education software provider, seeks a Technical Product Analyst in a hybrid NJ-based role. You will bridge product and data teams, owning SQL‑based validation, dashboard QA, and data‑driven feature support while collaborating with Engineering and PMs to ensure robust analytics products.

You will validate data logic, refine requirements, and help automate QA processes, applying strong SQL and BI tooling skills in a healthcare SaaS context.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analyst, BI analyst, QA/data validation, or technical product analyst role.
• Strong SQL writing/reading with source‑to‑target validation.
• Experience with BI reporting/visualization tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Refine requirements with Product Managers; support backlog grooming and release readiness.
• Own SQL‑based data validation and metric reconciliation.
• Interpret AI-agent QA outputs; design test cases and follow up on discrepancies.
• Investigate data issues; distinguish upstream vs BI/presentation problems; escalate appropriately.
• Serve as front-line data/dashboard owner for internal/external questions.
• Support regression testing across releases; ensure fixes persist.
