The Technical Product Analyst will bridge product strategy and engineering, ensuring data logic underpins analytics features with strong validation and QA capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analyst/QA/data validation/technical product analyst roles, preferably healthcare or SaaS.
• Strong SQL writing and data validation against source-to-target logic.
• Experience with BI tools for dashboards and data visualization.
• Familiarity with elasticubes and AI-agent tooling.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and backlog support.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own SQL-based data validation and metric reconciliation across ETL pipelines.
• Interpret AI-agent QA outputs and design test cases for data quality.
• Investigate data discrepancies and triage issues across data pipelines and BI layers.
• Serve as front-line contact for internal/external users on data and dashboards.
