Job summary

CentralReach, a leading ABA care software provider, seeks a Sr. Quality Engineer to drive quality across the software life cycle.

You will collaborate with product and development teams, write test cases, build automation, and analyze systems to deliver reliable software for clinicians and educators. You will enhance test coverage, develop automated scripts, and influence testing strategies across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of QA in an Agile engineering environment.
• Experience with web and mobile SaaS testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with Product, Engineering and DevOps.
• Experience writing test cases and maintaining a test library.
• Experience with scripting languages to build automation for web/mobile/API tests.
• Strong understanding of UI test automation patterns.
• Experience parsing API responses.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the test case library to increase test coverage.
• Create test cases for web, mobile, API and system integrations.
• Perform manual acceptance testing on an Agile team and report bugs.
• Increase automated test coverage with reusable scripts.
• Develop automated scripts within timeboxes to ensure coverage.
• Maintain the test automation library for reliability.
• Develop test plans for change coverage to support releases.
• Promote quality practices with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop testing strategies to reduce customer-reported defects.
