YHB | CPAs & Consultants in Winchester, VA invites an IT intern to work at the intersection of technology, data, business processes, and people. You will help analyze information, improve workflows, support business systems, and develop resources for employees.

You may collaborate across IT, Finance, and other areas, gaining exposure to both technical and business aspects of how technology supports the firm. This internship emphasizes hands-on projects and real-world impact.

Qualifications

Student pursuing a degree in IT, MIS, data or analytics, business, CS, or related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with Microsoft Excel and interest in data, reporting, technology, or process improvement.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with information.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Curiosity about how technology and data can improve an organization.
Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, scripting, automation tools, PM tools, or IT admin is helpful but not required.

Project, Change & Communication Support: Support technology rollouts, system migrations, and other cross-functional projects.
Project, Change & Communication Support: Help coordinate project information, testing, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Project, Change & Communication Support: Develop procedures, user guides, training materials, and other resources that help employees adopt new technology or processes.
