Job summary

DTCC is offering a Business Analyst Intern position within IT, designed to connect business processes with technology delivery. You will support process improvement, operational analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project coordination across the technology organization.

The Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience with orientation, training, mentorship, and exposure to Agile delivery, data analysis, and governance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field with anticipated graduation date.
• Foundational knowledge of business analysis, data analysis, or operations from coursework or internships.
• Experience with documenting requirements and coordinating projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs and project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to document processes and recommendations.
• Map current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Agile delivery activities and prepare materials for reviews.
• Analyze data, generate insights, and support governance and continuous improvement.
