Job summary

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in IT, MIS, data or analytics, business, CS, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel and interest in data, reporting, technology, or process improvement.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with information.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about how technology and data can improve an organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, scripting, automation tools, PM tools, or IT admin is helpful but not required.

As an intern with YHB’s internal Information Technology team, you will work on projects at the intersection of technology, data, business processes, and people. This is not a traditional IT internship focused only on technical support. You will help us analyze information, improve workflows, support business systems and technology projects, develop resources for employees, and find better ways to get work done.

You may work with people across IT, Finance, and other areas of the firm, giving you exposure to both the technical and business sides of how technology is implemented and used in an organization.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• A student pursuing a degree in information technology, management information systems, data or business analytics, business, computer science, project management, or another related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and an interest in data, reporting, technology, or process improvement.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with information and datasets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
