Job summary

Jacent Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to own the front end of the hiring pipeline, moving quickly to identify, engage, and deliver strong candidates for open roles.

The role collaborates with Staffing Specialists and TA Managers to source via ATS, job boards, colleges, and community organizations, taking a data-driven approach to vendor performance. You will continuously build talent pipelines for high-volume roles, review resumes for fit, and present qualified candidates to Staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using ATS systems or recruitment software.
• Experience tracking recruitment metrics or vendor performance.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective candidates using ATS, job boards, and community-based organizations.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Engage candidates and present qualified options to staffing partners.
• Track and report on sourcing partner performance metrics and spend.
• Analyze campaigns to identify trends and optimize channel spend.
