Responsibilities

• Sit between HRIS and Benefits Administration teams as the person who makes the call.
• Manage end-to-end operations for the Bellevue, NE region.
• Own the Employee Engagement model that forecasts next quarter.
• Run discovery with NE operators to find what the data won't show.
• Pin down the unit economics before growth.
• Present findings and recommendations to junior stakeholders with clarity.
• Coach junior stakeholders through the math behind a hard reallocation.
