• Keep Pueblo expansion on schedule when half the plan changes weekly.
• Turn a recurring exception into a rule the system handles itself.
• Oversee budgeting cycles and hold teams accountable to spending targets.
• Own the relationship with the Interviewing vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, solvable workstreams.
• Sit between Active Listening and Workforce Analytics teams as the person who makes the call.
