Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Park Ridge, NJ team. The role focuses on data-driven procurement analytics, KPI reporting, and supporting planning and operations to improve supply continuity and vendor performance.

You will develop dashboards, analyze inventory trends, and partner with procurement, planning, and operations to translate insights into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management (CPG, food, or beverage) preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain MRP outputs to ensure accurate purchase orders.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to determine procurement requirements.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI scorecards for procurement and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, and suppliers to resolve material constraints.
• Present actionable insights to leadership.
