Job summary

BridgeNet Solutions, a PSA Group member, seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Chicago to elevate procurement and 4PL analytics. You will set standards, develop scalable data products, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate freight and spend data into decision-grade insights for BridgeNet and clients.

You will mentor analysts, drive AI-enabled reporting, and ensure analytics align with client engagements and existing ERP and TMS ecosystems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, CS, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
10+ years of progressive data analytics experience, with 5+ years in procurement/logistics or 4PL/Control Tower operations.
Experience building scalable analytics assets and setting standards in a senior IC role.

Responsibilities

Establish and own divisional analytics standards and reusable methodologies.
Design and maintain scalable, productized analytical models and data products.
Identify and operationalize AI tools to improve analytics and reporting.
Mentor analysts across regions on advanced techniques and code quality.
Develop spend, freight, and supplier analytics to support sourcing strategy and network design.
Collaborate to ensure models integrate with Xonar, Keelvar, client ERPs, and BridgeNet infrastructure.
Define data quality, model validation, and documentation standards.
