Job summary

UPM Adhesive Materials in Mills River, NC, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to turn data into insights across demand, inventory, and supplier data. You will build reports and dashboards to guide procurement, supply chain, and business decisions.

You will analyze data from ERP systems, validate information, and support material planning and supplier performance with KPI reporting. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, purchasing, data analytics, or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle Analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems and data accuracy in supply chain/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing demand, inventory, supplier data.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for procurement decisions.
• Validate and unify data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
• Support raw material planning by analyzing inventory, trends, lead times, supplier performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality procurement data.
• Provide insights for KPI reporting and S&OP reviews, flag risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to analytics, automation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
