Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ, seeks an Analyst, Supply Chain to deliver accurate reporting across procurement and planning.

You will develop KPI dashboards, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights that support cost efficiency and continuous improvement. The role requires 2–4 years in supply chain analytics, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong Excel/SAP/ERP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, analytics or related field; MBA preferred.
2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning or analytical roles, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong data analysis, reporting, Excel, Power BI and SAP/ERP experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards for procurement and planning.
Monitor spend, PO activity, supplier performance and lead times for insights.
Analyze planning metrics, shortages, schedule adherence and risks.
Ensure data accuracy across SAP and other systems and resolve discrepancies.
Provide data analysis and modeling to support purchasing decisions and inventory planning.
Prepare management summaries and presentations for leadership meetings.
