Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in relevant field.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering (other), Statistics, or Business Analytics preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, Lean certifications preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a technical role utilizing data analysis or process analysis skills preferred.
• 2 years in an Industrial Engineering or equivalent role preferred.
• Intermediate experience in Statistical Analysis and/or Process Automation.
• Introductory experience in Project Management, Time Studies, and/or Process Mapping.
• Introductory experience using Minitab.
• Ability to solve problems in data structures.

Responsibilities

• Automate data retrieval and visualization processes.
• Perform analytics using traditional and new approaches.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards.
• Develop as-is process maps and analyses.
• Identify waste and develop solutions.
• Develop automation techniques to reduce waste.
• Observe processes at Penske locations; perform time studies and report findings.
• Develop findings and recommendations reports.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and manage document portals.
