Job summary

Penske is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support data distribution and continuous improvement for our customers' supply chains. The role acts as a liaison between Operations and Penske support groups, providing technical support, documenting processes, and delivering customer reports and metrics.

You will work on system changes, error management, and process documentation to engage end users and aid implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience distributing data and using continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to compile and deliver customer reports and metrics.
• Experience documenting process flows and translating them to systems development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and prioritize system solutions.
• Respond to user inquiries and support implementation.
• Serve as Penske point of contact for system reviews and feedback coordination.
• Ensure changes are accurate with minimal impact.
• Generate daily reports and extract relevant data from BI systems.
• Meet customer deadlines and deliver required metrics/reports.
