Qualifications

• Logistics/Operations experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; MS Access or database tools beneficial.
• Detail oriented and highly analytical, able to translate data into messaging.
• Moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor.
• Some travel is required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform required monthly financial close activities including journal entries.
• Analyze financial information and reports to provide timely recommendations.
• Develop, monitor KPIs and dashboards, highlighting trends and variances.
• Work with operations to develop forecasts and reporting, including cost analysis.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis of actual spend to drive insights.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
