Job summary

KLA is seeking a data systems, reporting, and business operations expert to own our core Power BI reporting ecosystem and support our SAP S/4HANA platform in the Service Supply Chain. The role demands ownership, independence, and strong communication across the organization.

You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, maintain dashboards, and surface insights that improve spare parts and service fulfillment. Prior experience with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power BI reporting, dashboards, and datasets.
• Proficiency with SQL or equivalent data querying skills.
• Applied business operations experience in supply chain, logistics, or service operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently on complex problems.
• Proven ability to own deliverables from start to finish with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with AI tools and new technologies to enhance analysis and efficiency.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the primary reporting data model; own its structure, documentation, and ongoing development.
• Maintain and support reporting dashboards and tools in Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and track metrics around customer satisfaction related to spare parts and service fulfillment.
• Bridge operational teams and data systems by translating business requirements into solutions.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, root causes, and deliver recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
• Develop understanding of SAP S/4HANA environment, including aATP, Entitlement Management, and Asset Management.
