Job summary

KLA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Spare and Part Escalation business. You will analyze escalation demand trends, backlogs, and service levels, partnering with Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support to drive improvements and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPIs, and continuous improvement within a growing services organization. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel/Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalation demand trends and service fulfillment data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and report KPIs related to backlog health, order fulfillment, and service levels.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Customer Support to resolve supply chain issues and improve workflows.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to standardize processes and improve KPI visibility.
