Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. seeks a Data Insight Analyst to acquire, manage and analyze data for internal teams, clients, and partners. You will develop reports from the data warehouse and Salesforce, using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools. The role emphasizes consultative insights, data storytelling, QA, and client communication.

The candidate should have experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and healthcare/pharmacy data, plus strong client-facing skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting preferred.
• Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data preferred.
• Microsoft Excel and SQL a must.
• Previous client-facing experience essential.
• Must be responsive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Developing reports and analytics using data from data warehouse and Salesforce using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
• Provide consultative insights and identify patterns and trends over time.
• Explain data with visualizations and narratives.
• Review QA data and reports before sharing with clients.
• Communicate data needs and deadlines with customers.
• Lead client/partner trainings on data specifications and requirements.
• Configure mapping tools for data translation and document processes.
