McKesson in Richmond, VA is seeking a Director, Legal Operations & Enablement to lead the department’s operations, technology, and vendor management, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel. This role drives process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and business leaders to implement legal tech solutions, dashboards, and performance metrics while guiding a team of specialists.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience implementing or administering legal technology platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Legal Operations & Enablement function and governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and service delivery.
• Lead implementation and optimization of legal technology platforms and dashboards.
• Manage outside counsel and legal vendor programs, including budgeting and spend reporting.
• Develop metrics and reports to support informed decision-making.
