Job summary

Tanium is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid search and video programs across Google and Microsoft. You will define strategy, manage budgets, build testing roadmaps, and deliver insights that drive pipeline growth.

You’ll collaborate with Web and Campaigns teams on landing pages, creative, and alignment with organic search. Strong analytics, A/B testing, and experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and GA4 are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaigns.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and GA4.

Responsibilities

Lead global paid search and video campaigns across Google and Microsoft.
Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting cadence.
Create dashboards and reporting to communicate campaign performance.
Ensure measurement with naming conventions and conversion tracking.
Collaborate with Web team on landing pages and A/B testing to improve conversions.
Coordinate with Campaigns team to refresh creative and optimize strategy.
Align paid and organic strategies with insights from product and content marketing.
