Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to drive enterprise-wide workforce efficiency by creating data-driven staffing plans and property schedules. The role coordinates with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure compliant labor deployment and consistent service across gaming and hospitality operations.

The Scheduling Analyst reports to the Regional Manager of Centralized Scheduling with a dotted line to Property Finance and the President.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of workforce planning software; experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Amadeus, or RMS preferred.
3+ years of experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operational analytics.
Strong understanding of labor standards, scheduling optimization, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

Labor scheduling for designated functions and locations.
Publish, maintain, and adjust weekly and monthly staff schedules to meet demand and service goals.
Monitor staffing levels and adjust in response to volumes and requirements.
Serve as on-site SME for scheduling systems and ensure data accuracy and time/records integrity.
Generate and analyze reports on staffing utilization, labor costs, and productivity.
