Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with sales automation and CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Develop and monitor sales KPIs, processes, and reporting.
• Select, deploy, administer, and support sales automation and CRM tools.
• Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and profitability for improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Pre-Sales, Services, Legal, and Sales.
• Train and onboard new sales representatives on CRM systems and tools.
