Job summary

Illinois Action for Children in Chicago seeks an Analyst, Research & Evaluation to support License-Exempt Health and Safety program data collection, analysis and reporting across agency initiatives.

You will design surveys, manage data sets, and produce clear, technically precise reports for program improvement and policy formation, working across departments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social/human services, policy or public administration/planning, with 2+ years of related experience
• Master’s degree strongly preferred
• Experience with data collection, analysis, reporting and evaluation in human services

Responsibilities

• Design data collection tools (forms, surveys) and reports for LEHS program evaluation
• Manage data using database tools and analyze Census and program data
• Write and co-write reports for program improvement and policy formation
