Job summary

The Illinois Community College Board is seeking a Research Analyst to support data collection, analysis, reporting, and accountability functions. You will process data from colleges, prepare reports and visualizations, manage surveys, and assist with IPEDS submissions while collaborating with partners across divisions.

The role serves as a liaison between the Research and Analytics Division and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely data-driven insights for program evaluation and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social science, or related field with minimum two courses in statistics.
• Two years of educational and/or research experience.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis through statistical software (R, Stata, SAS, or SPSS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with survey software and survey design.
