Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Morgantown, WV, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve asset reliability, equipment uptime, and plant performance. You will analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to reduce repeat failures and support production targets.

You will partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement, align reliability priorities, and use performance data to inform decisions and asset health strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in an aseptic beverage manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, process, and automation systems to support reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supports and develops ownership of asset reliability outcomes, including equipment uptime and elimination of repeat failures.
• Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of PM programs, CMMS data integrity, and maintenance strategies.
• Works cross-functionally to drive sustainable performance improvements across Maintenance, Engineering, and Production.
