Responsibilities
Prepare monthly performance reporting vs. investment expectations; identify upside levers and risk items
Review/spread property financials and validate key operating KPIs
Compile monthly actionable asset reports and drive follow-through with operators
Support the annual budget process (spreading budgets, growth assumptions, and annual planning meetings)
Own day-to-day portfolio management and communication with third-party property managers
Underwrite and prepare asset management committee memos for expansion, conversion, and value-add initiatives
Support acquisition-to-AM transitions for newly acquired assets
Assist with acquisition/disposition due diligence and ongoing asset-level analysis
Handle information requests from lenders, insurers, and property managers
Manage AM functions for an assigned regional portfolio; support ad hoc analyses as needed
